This course will  include the latest updates in nonprofit law, including:

  • The Annual Nonprofit Law Update
  • A Review of the 2022 Amendments to Pennsylvania's Nonprofit Corporation Law: Highlights and Implications

It will also provide a comprehensive review of International charities and considerations that arise when fundraising and operating outside of the United States. Domestic legal issues such as compliance with IRS  and Office of Foreign Assets Control regulations are also explored.
