About

The Dobbs decision has many overlapping considerations related to health law, privacy law, and civil rights, to name a few. It is one of the most analyzed and debated decisions in recent times.

In this program, brought to you by the PBA Women in the Profession Commission, legal scholars with significant litigation and educational history discuss key holdings of the case and how those outcomes:

  • Disproportionately affect Black, Indigenous and People of Color
  • Impact health and privacy protections for self-managed medication abortions
  • Impact health and privacy laws

All are welcome.

This event is designed to be accessible for a non-law audience, particularly members of the medical community.

Co-sponsored with the PBA Women in the Profession Commission. PBA members save: Contact PBI's customer experience team to receive a 25% discount for PBA members. Phone: 1-800-932-4637 or Email: info@pbi.org.

All attendees will receive the course book as a digital download. A printed copy of the course book is available, at a discount to attendees, for $20. Additional copies are available at full price.
