When discussing abortion and reproductive rights law, headlines often focus solely on Roe v. Wade as “the” case. However, we as lawyers (hopefully) know that Roe is just one of the cases involved in reproductive rights constitutional case law. 

Review the legal landscape for women and reproducing persons prior to the 2022 Dobbs decision.

This is an academic review of exactly what was overturned through Dobbs. Highly respected experts will debunk some common misconceptions about reproductive constitutional law and analyze the essential holdings that were in place before Dobbs.
