About

Ethically utilizing technology and social media has become a vital skill for legal practitioners.  In this program, Ms. Smart will take the audience through an exploration of the Rules of Professional Conduct most often implicated in legal tech/social media conundrums.  She will provide the audience with available resources, ABA and local guidance and useful best practice tips to assist practitioners.  Ms. Smart will use real-life examples and hypothetical scenarios to help legal practitioners develop strategies that will help them practice ethically and civilly.

This program is co-sponsored by PBA's Quality of Life and Civility in the Profession Committees.

All attendees will receive the course materials as a digital book.

Recorded in September 2023.
