Mr. Granger is a shareholder in The Granger Firm in Paoli, where he concentrates his practice on real estate issues. The firm actively handles litigation involving title disputes, construction defects, failure to disclose and failed real estate deals in the state and federal courts of Pennsylvania. Clients include real estate and commercial brokerages, developers, builders, landlords, tenants, homeowners, business owners and individuals engaged in sophisticated transactions or litigation. Mr. Granger handles claims on behalf of several major title insurers for their insured owners and lenders and has litigated numerous complex title claims. He is a frequent lecturer for attorneys and other real estate professionals on real estate topics. Mr. Granger has served as the course planner and/or lecturer for numerous PBI seminars, including: Litigating the Failed Real Estate Deal; Advanced Title Insurance Issues; Marking Up Title and Handling Title Issues at Settlement; Title Insurance: From Commitment to Claim; Boundary Law in Pennsylvania; Trial Tactics; Handling the Failure to Disclose Case; Handling the Residential Construction Litigation Case; The Uniform Construction Code; and the annual Year in Review at the Real Estate Institute. He has taught several real estate courses for consumers at Montgomery County Community College. Mr. Granger has published numerous articles on real estate related topics for the Pennsylvania Law Journal and for the title industry in Common Ground magazine. He received his B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Pennsylvania and his J.D. from Villanova University School of Law.

Mr. Lewis is a member of Eckert Seamans Cherin & Mellott, LLC and practices in its Philadelphia office. He graduated from Ithaca College, cum laude, in 1975 and received his J.D. from the Dickinson School of Law (now part of the Pennsylvania State University) in 1978. Mr. Lewis is a former Co Vice-Chair of the PBA Professional Liability Committee. On behalf of that committee he has lectured on professional liability issues to various local bar associations. He also has lectured for P.B.I on legal professional liability and ethics issues on an annual basis. Most recently he co-presented the ethics segment of the PBI Real Estate Institute program in Philadelphia and the professional liability segment of the PBI program, The Year In Review For the General Practitioner 2019, presented in Mechanicsburg and transmitted as a satellite program to county bar associations across the state. He co-authored with Jeffrey Albert an article for The Legal Intelligencer, The American Law Institute’s Restatement Of The Law Governing Lawyers Provides New Guidance On Attorney Liability, March 16, 1998 issue. He also co-authored with Jeffrey Albert, Legal Malpractice in Estate Planning and Taxes: The Inevitability of Death, Taxes and Malpractice, a chapter appearing in Malpractice Avoidance, You Be the Judge–Part Two, a PBI publication published in 2000. From 2006 through 2019, Mr. Lewis wrote the monthly column on Avoiding Legal Malpractice in the Pennsylvania Bar News, a PBA publication, for which The Pennsylvania Bar Association Board of Governors bestowed a PBA Special Achievement Award in 2013 and for which he will be presented the PBA President’s award later this year. He is a member of the American, Pennsylvania and Chester County Bar Associations. For C.C.B.A. he has served on its board of directors as well as chairman of its C.L.E., Judicial Evaluation and Membership Committees at various times, and is a former delegate from Zone 9 to the PBA House of Delegates. Mr. Lewis served on the Board of Directors of Legal Aid of Chester County, Inc. from 1996 until its merger with other county programs in 2001 to create Community Impact Legal Services, Inc., where he served as its first president, and Legal Aid of Southeast Pennsylvania, Inc., where he served on the Board of Directors until 2011. Mr. Lewis served on the Advisory Committee of the Villanova University Paralegal Education Program from 1986-2011. He has served as a member of the Legal lntelligencer’s editorial board from 1997-2016. His practice is limited to civil litigation, with a concentration in professional liability defense, including the defense of prosecutions by the Disciplinary Board of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania and Dragonetti actions, and as well as intellectual property litigation.
