Florida attorneys must complete 30 CLE credits every 3 years, including:

• 3 credits in Legal Ethics, Mental Health/Substance Abuse Awareness

• 3 credits in Technology
• The Florida Bar Professionalism Course

Yes! You can complete all 30 credits via live webcasts, on-demand CLE, and audio formats, except for the required Florida Bar Professionalism course, which must be completed directly through the Bar.

Attorneys must report their credits through the Florida Bar Member Portal by entering the course reference ID provided upon completion. PBI-approved programs include these reference codes on your certificate.
