PBI has more than 60 years of leadership in continuing legal education. We offer fully accredited courses to align with New York CLE requirements. You can select from Live Webcasts and On-Demand Videos. The Pennsylvania Bar Institute is trusted by law firms, solo practitioners, and emerging professionals alike.
Experienced New York attorneys must complete 24 CLE credit hours every two years, including:
- 1 Cybersecurity, Privacy and Data Protection credit
- 4 Ethics & Professionalism credits
- 1 Diversity, Inclusion and Elimination of Bias credit
You can complete 100% of your required CLE credits online through accredited live webcast, video conference, or on-demand programs.
You must earn 24 total CLE credits every two years, fulfilling specific subject requirements for Ethics, Diversity & Inclusion, and Cybersecurity.
Yes. Attorneys can carry over up to 6 excess credits into their next biennial reporting cycle, across any credit category.
