Business Divorce is a complex process and demands capable legal counsel well versed in multiple legal disciplines coupled with a grounding in the business realities faced by the client. 

The legal disciplines include corporate & LLC law; dissolution; litigation; insolvency – bankruptcy, business valuations, economic damages and resolution techniques including ADR techniques (mediation and arbitration). 

This seminar will guide you through the twisted maze of a business divorce. You will learn how to recognize and approach the many aspects of the process and how to better advise clients with real practical solutions grounded in legal and business reality.
