Lance D. Greene, Esq.
Lance, a dedicated litigator and counselor, proudly serves Lancaster, Dauphin, and York counties in Pennsylvania. Originally from Brooklyn, NY, and raised in Bay Shore, Long Island, he now resides in Lancaster County with his wife, Courtney, and their 3-year-old daughter, Zoe. Lance’s versatile practice spans civil and criminal investigations, commercial litigation, and Title IX cases, we he assists in the representation of K-12 school and higher education institutions. Additionally, he provides compassionate legal support to juveniles facing criminal charges as a court-appointed attorney in both Lancaster and Dauphin counties. Lance started his practicing legal career as an Assistant District Attorney in Lancaster County, where he was appointed supervisor and Chief prosecutor of the Juvenile Court Division. His trial experience—ranging from jury trials to suppression hearings and everything between—earned him respect for his fair and empathetic approach to resolving cases, particularly in shaping brighter futures for youth. Lance’s legal journey includes a summer internship at the United States Attorney’s Office and selection as 1 of 5 in a national search as a NAACP Kellogg’s Summer Law Fellow, in which he worked on high-profile civil rights and environmental justice projects for the legal department of the NAACP. He is deeply involved in professional and civic organizations, He is currently a member of the Lancaster, York, Dauphin, Philly and Pennsylvania Bar Associations. Lance also serves on the boards of director of the Lancaster Law Foundation, Assets of Lancaster, and Leadership Lancaster. Lance’s leadership roles include Chair of the Diversity Committee of the Lancaster Bar Association, Co-Vice Chair of the PBA Minority Bar Committee, Chair at large to the PBA’s Young Lawyer’s Division Council, Zone-3 Member of the PBA House of Delegates, Diversity liaison for the Criminal Justice Section of the PBA, all showcasing his commitment to diversity, mentorship, and justice. Rachel E. King, Esq.
Rachel King is Employment Counsel with West Shore Home. She focuses her practice in labor and employment law. Rachel represents employers in labor and employment issues including hiring, termination, employee discipline, interest and grievance arbitrations, and employment-related litigation. She represents employers through all stages of litigation, including proceedings before state and federal agencies, arbitration and mediation, litigation in the trial court, and appeals. In addition to litigation, Rachel provides guidance to employers to ensure their compliance with federal, state, and local laws, and provides training to clients and their employees on topics such as discrimination and harassment prevention. Prior to joining private practice, Rachel served as a law clerk for the Honorable P. Kevin Brobson in the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania. She also served as a judicial fellow for the Honorable Anne E. Lazarus in the Superior Court of Pennsylvania and as a judicial intern for the Honorable Dolores K. Sloviter in the U.S. Court of Appeals, Third Circuit. Hal D. Coffey, Esq.
Hal D. Coffey is a member with Clark Hill PLC where he assists parties seeking to acquire, develop, maintain, and sell commercial property. Such commercial properties include affordable housing developments, apartment buildings, hotels, shopping centers, parking garages and a combination of such. Hal’s clients include developers, franchisees, hotel operators, commercial property managers, brokers, affordable housing organizations, non-profit corporations, community development companies and individuals. As a member of Clark Hill’s Real Estate group he concentrates his practice in all aspects of commercial real estate, including acquisition, disposition, leasing, financing, property taxes, land use and zoning. Hal is legally immersed in all aspects of commercial transactions, notably reciprocal easements, leasing, title and land use, and transfer taxes. He has had extensive experience representing clients from large multi-state supermarkets to national affordable housing developers to local apartment management companies. Hal is consistently engaged in the real estate community, presenting at Continuing Legal Education seminars (CLEs), partaking in panel discussions, and giving lectures on property tax assessments issues, title insurance and claims. He earned his J.D. at the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, and a B.A. at the Pennsylvania State University.
Julia H. Lee, Esq.
Julia Lee is a partner with Margolis Edelstein. She brings over a decade of legal experience with a focus on litigation, insurance coverage, and product liability. As an associate at a large Philadelphia law firm, Julia litigated complex lawsuits, navigating high-stakes cases involving auto and trucking, general liability, product liability, and insurance coverage disputes. She previously served as a public defender, handling over 200 criminal cases, including jury and bench trials, demonstrating her advocacy skills and commitment to justice. In addition to her legal practice, Julia co-founded and served as managing partner of a digital marketing agency specializing in providing tailored marketing solutions to law firms across the U.S. and Canada. Her work focused on enhancing law firms’ digital presence through search engine optimization, content strategy, and data-driven marketing techniques. This experience deepened her understanding of the legal industry’s nuances, client engagement strategies, and ethical marketing practices, allowing her to integrate her litigation expertise with innovative approaches to client development. Julia is an accomplished speaker and educator, having presented numerous continuing legal education (CLE) courses on topics such as ethics in attorney marketing and the effective use of digital tools in legal practice. A member of the Pennsylvania and New Jersey Bar Associations, she also actively engages in pro bono work, including representing at-risk youth through the Philadelphia Support Center for Child Advocates.
