Overview

As this course will describe, then, as now, what The Who sang years ago is still true: “The Kids are Alright.” Indeed, the kids are alright, and so too are the older generations. As we will see, the key to the generations working better together is communication, and among communication skills, the skill that is needed the most is listening. If members of all generations will avoid stereotypes, take the time to listen to other generations, and mentor other generations, we can all learn a lot from each other. Let’s start learning.

Recorded in May 2025.
