Protect your elder law clients when they need it most

In crisis situations, things happen quickly, and many mistakes can be made, especially when clients don’t seek the advice of those who specialize in elder law.

Uncover the risks and costs that may be associated with liquidating retirement accounts and other assets. Learn how to ask the right questions to identify available options, properly time the spend-down, deal with uncertainty – both medical and financial, manage family dynamics, and revisit the estate plan in light of estate recovery.

All attendees will receive the course book as a digital download. A printed copy of the course book is available, at a discount to attendees, for $40. If you wish to purchase the printed version of the course book, please call PBI Customer Service at 800-932-4637.
