In today's hybrid legal environment, managing the growing volume and complexity of data is more challenging—and more critical—than ever. This one-hour CLE program explores how attorneys and law firms can implement effective document management strategies while staying compliant with evolving privacy and cybersecurity regulations.

Join legal technology experts David G. Ries and Daniel J. Siegel as they share insights on:

  • Best practices for handling personally identifiable information (PII) and personal health information (PHI)
  • Navigating HIPAA and emerging state privacy laws
  • Reducing risks through sound information governance and retention policies
  • Managing ephemeral communications like texts, chats, and video transcripts
  • Leveraging legal hold tools and document review platforms

Whether you're in a large firm or solo practice, you’ll walk away with actionable guidance to enhance compliance, reduce risk, and better support your clients in litigation and dispute resolution.

Recorded in August 2025.
