Faculty

Edward Spreha Jr., Esq.

Before entering private practice, Mr. Spreha served as a Deputy District Attorney in Dauphin County for five years, where he was in charge of the Driving Under the Influence (DUI)/Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition (ARD) program. He is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, Dauphin County Bar Association and the Pennsylvania Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. Mr. Spreha is admitted to the United States Supreme Court, the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania and the Pennsylvania Supreme Court. He is also President of the Dauphin Court Pre-Trial Services Board of Directors. Mr. Spreha has co-authored “Did Your Client Cross the Clinic,” 26 Pa Law Weekly 288 (2003). He was an instructor at the Harrisburg Area Community College Police Academy, serves as the Motor Vehicle Law instructor for the Minor Judiciary Educational Board and regularly lectures for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute and Pennsylvania Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (PACDL) on motor vehicle law.
