Lawrence J. Kotler, Esq.
Lawrence J. Kotler is a Partner at Duane Morris in Philadelphia and co-chair of the Bankruptcy and Fiduciary Representations division of Duane Morris’ Business Reorganization and Financial Restructuring Practice Group. Mr. Kotler practices in the area of reorganization and finance, representing chapter 11 debtors-in-possession, chapter 11 trustees, chapter 7 trustees, liquidating trustees, creditors’ committees, secured creditors and large institutional unsecured creditors in all facets of bankruptcy. Mr. Kotler is currently serving as counsel to the senior secured lender in the Hajjar Business Holdings, LLC et al, bankruptcy cases, pending in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Jersey; counsel for StoneMor Operating LLC in the bankruptcy cases of Moon Group, Inc., pending in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware; and trustee’s counsel in the bankruptcy cases of Image Masters, Inc., et al., Fitzpatrick Container Corp., Precise Graphix, LLC, WM Robots, LLC, and The Swarthmore Group, LLC, all pending in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Mr. Kotler has been listed in Chambers USA: America’s Leading Business Lawyers since 2006 as one of the top Bankruptcy lawyers in Pennsylvania. He has been named a Super Lawyer in Pennsylvania since 2005 and has been listed in The Best Lawyers in America since 2009. In their 2023 publication, The Best Lawyers in America recognized Mr. Kotler as “Lawyer of the Year” for Bankruptcy – Litigation in the Philadelphia metro region and for their 2025 publication, The Best Lawyers in America has once again recognized Mr. Kotler as “Lawyer of the Year” for Bankruptcy – Litigation in the Philadelphia metro region. Mr. Kotler is also a Fellow of the American College of Bankruptcy, a Senior Fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America, and in 2022 was named to the Philadelphia Business Journal’s “Best of the Best” for Bankruptcy. Mr. Kotler is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, New York and Delaware. Mr. Kotler is a 1989 graduate of the Boston University School of Law and a 1986 graduate of the University of Pennsylvania.
Michelle V. Lee, Esq.
Michelle Lee-Lewis is a partner in the Bankruptcy & Insolvency Department at Dilworth Paxson, LLP. She has over 16 years of experience assisting clients with debt relief and debt management. Her primary practice focuses on Chapter 7, Chapter 13 and Chapter 11. She also has expertise in representing non-profits, churches, and service-connected veteran owned businesses. Through her weekly radio program on 107.9FM, Sundays at 930AM, Michelle shares her financial knowledge to the community-at-large. She routinely presents CLEs at various Conferences and Forums. She is also a board member of the EDPABC, Consumer Bankruptcy Assistance Project and Committee Member for the South Jersey Bankruptcy Practitioners’ Group. After receiving her Bachelor’s degree in Japanese Studies and International Relations with a focus on War, Strategy and Policy from the University of Pennsylvania, Michelle studied law at Georgetown University. Lynn Feldman, Esq.
Lynn Feldman has been a chapter 7 panel trustee since 2005. She also maintains an active debtor practice primarily representing consumers in chapters 7 and 13. She is a member of both NABT and NACBA. Working with a dedicated group of professionals including various counsel and financial advisors, as trustee she has successfully administered cases with substantial assets and legal issues in the EDPA. Lynn is a partner with her husband Samuel F Feldman in Feldman Law Offices, PC in Allentown, PA and is the proud parent of three, including two sons who are attorneys in NYC and Washington DC and a daughter who is a director of social studies education in the greater Boston area.
