Mark Stewart , Esq.
Mark Stewart is a member with the law firm of Eckert Seamans. He concentrates his practice in the areas of civil and administrative litigation and regulatory advice on a wide array of subjects, including gaming law, land use issues, public utility law, and municipal law. He has assisted national corporations, municipal governments, gaming companies, public utilities, nursing homes, educational institutions, small businesses, and many other clients in relation to numerous state and federal agencies, including the Pennsylvania Attorney General’s Office and Federal Trade Commission. Mr. Stewart is a former Deputy Attorney General in the Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General, Bureau of Consumer Protection, and his service included membership on National Association of Attorneys General subcommittees on energy deregulation, investment scams and elder law. Mr. Stewart received his B.A. from the Pennsylvania State University, 1992, with honors and high distinction, and his J.D. from Cornell Law School, 1995, cum laude. He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and in Maryland.
Stephen Hladik Esq.
Mr. Hladik is a partner in the North Wales law firm of Hladik, Onorato & Federman, LLP, where he focuses his practice in the areas of mortgage law, bankruptcy law, tax sale and real estate law. He was in private practice prior to joining the firm. He has spoken for the Pennsylvania Bar Association and frequently conducts continuing legal education courses on tax sale law, foreclosure, title, bankruptcy law, and professional responsibility. He previously served as a Deputy Attorney General in the Bureau of Consumer Protection in Harrisburg. He is a member of the Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, New Mexico Bar Association, New Jersey Bar Association and the American Bar Association, and various sections and committees within these organizations. He earned his B.A. degree from the Pennsylvania State University and his J.D. degree, with honors, from the Widener University School of Law. Mr. Hladik also served on his township’s planning commission for six years, and his local school board for ten years. He also is the current National President of Alpha Kappa Lambda Fraternity and formerly served as Vice President of the Board of Directors of the AKL Education Foundation.
