Lynnore Seaton is an attorney in private practice in Central Pennsylvania. Her practice focuses on family law matters, including support, custody, and divorce, as well as estate planning and administration. In addition to litigation, she is a Collaborative Lawyer, Mediator, Parenting Coordinator and a Custody Conciliator for the York County Court of Common Pleas. She previously served as counsel to the Domestic Relations Procedural Rules Committee of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania and she began her career at a large firm in Harrisburg. Lynnore is immediate Past-President of the Board of Directors of the York County Bar Association, where she previously served as President of the Family Law Section. She is also active with the Pennsylvania Bar Association, including the Family Law Section, House of Delegates, Women in the Law committee and she was formerly a member of the Investigative Panel of the Judicial Evaluation Committee. Her awards include being named as a Super Lawyers’ “Rising Star” for four years in a row and as a “Select Lawyer” for several years, as well as being recognized annually for pro bono service. As an avid learner, she enjoys sharing her knowledge with others. Her publications and presentations include: “Demystifying Procedural Rulemaking”; “Failure to Adhere to Pennsylvania Rules of Appellate Procedure Can Preclude Review of an Appellant’s Arguments”; “5 Things You Need to Know About Pets in Divorce and Estate Planning” and “Equitable Distribution Case Law Updates.” Lynnore graduated from Temple University’s Beasley School of Law and she has a Bachelor’s degree from Miami University of Ohio.

Ms. Zack is a partner with the law firm of Momjian Anderer, LLC, practicing family law in Philadelphia and the surrounding counties. Ms. Zack is a Fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, co-chair of the Pennsylvania Chapter’s Programming Committee, and a member of the national Legislative, Arbitration, and Test Committees. She serves as the Chair of the Domestic Relations Procedural Rules Committee of the Pennsylvania Supreme Court and the Secretary of the Pennsylvania Bar Association Family Law Section, and is a past-Chair of the Family Law Section of the Philadelphia Bar Association. Ms. Zack is an active member of the Philadelphia Bar Association, Montgomery County Bar Association, and Chester County Bar Association Family Law Sections, the Doris Jonas Freed American Inn of Court, and an Interdisciplinary Group of judges, psychologists and lawyers who meet to discuss ways to improve the resolution of custody issues. She is certified as an arbitrator, mediator, and parenting coordinator. Ms. Zack served for eight years (2009-2016) as a Family Court Hearing Officer in Chester County, as well as as Chief Law Clerk for the Honorable Berle M. Schiller in the Pennsylvania Superior Court (1998-1999). She received her B.A., magna cum laude, from Douglass College (Rutgers University) in 1984, and her J.D. from Villanova University School of Law in 1987.

She brings knowledge, compassion and commitment to her law practice, giving her clients unique and tailor-made solutions to their legal issues. Kathryn is originally from Denver, Colorado. She graduated in 2001 from Grinnell College where she played varsity Soccer and worked as the Opinion Editor of the school newspaper. Attorney Hunter attended The David A. Clarke School of Law at the University of the District of Columbia, graduating in 2007. In 2009, Kathryn served as a law clerk for the Honorable Maria Musti Cook, Court of Common Pleas of York County. Upon completing her clerkship in 2010, Kathryn was associated with the Law Office of Marc Roberts. She became a founding member and managing partner of Hobbs & Hunter, LLC in 2013. In 2017, Kathryn joined Ream, Carr, Markey, Woloshin & Hunter, LLP, as a partner. Having lived in and practiced law in York County for over a decade, Kathryn considers herself adopted by York County. Kathryn primarily practices in York, Adams, Dauphin and Lancaster counties. Kathryn also has vast experience practicing in numerous counties all over the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. She has also practiced before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania. Kathryn is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Middle and Eastern Districts of Pennsylvania. She is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the York County Bar Association, where she participates in the Bench Bar Committee, she is the Co-Chair of the Social Committee, and she is a member of the Lawyer Referral Committee. Kathryn has also been an active member of the York County Bar Association Family Law Section and was voted to serve as Section President in 2022 and 2023.
