Overview

The Pennsylvania Bar Association Federal Practice Committee, the Pennsylvania Bar Institute, and Penn State Dickinson Law proudly present the premier educational event for attorneys who litigate in federal court in Pennsylvania. The Institute provides the tools you need to proceed in federal court. Using a hypothetical case, federal judges and seasoned practitioners will review the key procedures and practices in federal practice.
