Jake D. Becker, Esq.
Jake Becker is a partner and Co-Chair of both Lamb McErlane’s Employment Law Department and Sports, Entertainment & Hospitality Department.
Seth Wilson
Seth D. Wilson is partner in the law firm of Morris Wilson Knepp Jacquette, P.C. in Conshohocken and Philadelphia. He is a seasoned courtroom litigator who is widely recognized by his peers as a go-to attorney to litigate medical malpractice, product liability, and other liability claims on behalf of the critically injured throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Seth is the Immediate Past President of the Montgomery Bar Association, where he has held a multitude of positions over the course of his career. He is a Fellow and Board Member of Montgomery Bar Foundation. Seth sits on the Board of Governors of the Pennsylvania Association for Justice, as well as the Pennsylvania Bar Association’s House of Delegates. Seth is a frequent lecturer on legal topics throughout southeastern Pennsylvania. He regularly volunteers teaching civics classes to college, high school and middle school students as well as adults. He has been published in Trial Magazine, which is the publication of the American Association for Justice where he is also a long-time member. Seth has been the recipient of many awards including Top 100 Superlawyer in both Pennsylvania and Philadelphia as well as a Lawyer on the Fast Track by The Legal Intelligencer. Seth is a graduate of Lafayette College and the Temple University Beasley School of Law.
Nicole Brungard, Esq.
Nikki is a graduate of Pius X High School, Moravian College (B.A.), and Widener University School of Law, where she served on the Board of the Law School’s Corporate Law Review, The Delaware Journal of Corporate Law. From 1995 to 1996, she was Law Clerk to the Honorable Raymond A. Batten, J.S.C. (N.J.) and a mediator for the Court’s Civil Mediation Program for pro se parties. Since 1997, Nikki has held the position of Civil Court Administrator for the Delaware County Court of Common Pleas, Civil Trial Division, and also acts as the ADA Coordinator for the Court. She is a member of the Delaware County Bar Association, where she serves as Co-Chair of the Civil Rules Committee.
Andrea Grace, Esq.
Andrea Grace is the Deputy District Court Administrator for Montgomery County. She is also the Deputy of the Civil Division for Montgomery County Court Administration. Andrea joined Court Administration in 2016 as the Deputy of the Criminal Division. Prior to that, she was a law clerk for the Honorable Patricia E. Coonahan, an Assistant District Attorney in the Montgomery County District Attorney’s Office, a Special Assistant United States Attorney for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and an Assistant District Attorney in the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office.
Michael Davey, Esq.
Michael is a Partner at the law firm of Eckell, Sparks, Levy, Auerbach, Monte, Sloane, Matthews & Auslander, P.C., in Media, Delaware County, where he heads up the Firm’s Employment Law & Discrimination practice, serves as Solicitor for the Tinicum Township Zoning Hearing Board, and represents plaintiffs in personal injury and various civil litigation matters. Michael currently serves as the Past-President of the Delaware County Bar Association, having formerly served as the Association’s President in 2025, and its President-Elect, Vice-President, Treasurer, Corresponding Secretary, and Recording Secretary, before that, as well as the former President of the Association’s Young Lawyers Section. Michael also Chairs the Bar Association’s Bench Bar Conference Program Committee.
In 2023, Michael received the Honorable Paul R. Sand President’s Award, which is given annually to a member of the Delaware County Bar Association in appreciation of efforts fostering interest and respect for the law in general, and the Bar Association in particular. In 2017, Michael also received the Nicolas D. Vadino, Jr., Memorial Award from the Delaware County Bar Association, which is given to recognize significant contributions by a young lawyer to the organized bar. In addition to his service to the Delaware County Bar Association, Michael has previously served on the Board of Governors for the Pennsylvania Association for Justice, as well as Chair of both the Auto Law and Future Leaders Sections of that Association. Michael is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the U.S. District Court for District of New Jersey, the Third Circuit Court of Appeals, and the Supreme Court of the United States. He regularly presents numerous seminars and lectures throughout the Commonwealth on various topics ranging to employment law, automobile insurance law, subrogation, and civil litigation for the Delaware County Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Bar Institute, the Pennsylvania Association for Justice, the Delaware County Chamber of Commerce, and more. Michael has been selected as a SuperLawyers® “Rising Star” every year between 2012–2022, and was selected to the SuperLawyers® list for employment law between 2024 and 2026. Outside the practice of law, Michael, his wife, and his son and daughter, live in Bethel Township, PA, where since 2013 he has served as an elected member of the Board of Supervisors of Bethel Township, Delaware County, including approximately six years as Chairman. Michael received his J.D. degree from The Pennsylvania State University Dickinson School of Law, where he served as a Senior Editor of the Pennsylvania State University International Law Review, was a member of the law school’s award-winning National Moot Court Trial Team that competed in the 2004–2005 National Finals in San Antonio, Texas, and was inducted into the Order of Barristers. Michael completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Maryland, College Park, where he majored in Government and Politics.
Kristi B. Hoover, Esq.
Kristi B. Hoover is the Assistant Court Administrator, Senior Legal Review Attorney for Bucks County. She joined Court Administration in 2023 after eleven years with the Bucks County District Attorney’s Office, where served as the Chief of Juvenile Prosecution. Ms. Hoover is a graduate of Penn State University and the Temple University Beasley School of Law.
Carol A. Shelly, Esq.
Attorney Carol A. Shelly is a shareholder and managing partner of Shelly Law Offices, LLC, in Doylestown, Pennsylvania. Serving clients throughout Bucks County and the surrounding areas of the Philadelphia metro region, Ms. Shelly devotes her practice exclusively to personal injury law. She has written and conducted numerous lectures and seminars on a variety of legal topics. She is an active member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the American Bar Association and the American Board of Trial Advocates. Ms. Shelly is on the Board of Governors of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, representing attorneys from Bucks, Chester, Montgomery and Delaware counties.
