Overview

Current hot topics in guardianship law include certification of professional guardians and training for lay guardians, least restrictive alternatives, and mandatory appointment of legal counsel for alleged incapacitated persons. Your presenters want you to be prepared to handle the practical pleading and practice changes associated with these topics and potentially hot-off-the-press legislative changes.

Recorded at the Estate and Elder Law Symposium in February 2023.
