Overview
The panel discuss the changes to the 2025 tax code and how they impact support. This includes such topics as changes to the savings accounts for children, taxability of certain income types, issues affecting seniors, and how the Child Tax Credit effects support calculations.

Alyson T. Landis, Esq.
Alyson T. Landis is Partner at Boyer Paulisick Eberle & Biss. She was born and raised in Kutztown, Pennsylvania. She received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in English from the University of Pittsburgh in 2016 and her Juris Doctor from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 2019. While at the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, Alyson served as President of the Student Bar Association and was awarded the Student Leadership Award upon graduation. Since her graduation from law school, Alyson has been an active member of the local bar associations, including the Butler Bar Association where she served as Young Lawyer Division (YLD) President in 2025, and currently serves as the Bar’s Secretary. She serves as an Attorney Advisor to the Butler High School Mock Trial program. She is involved with the Pennsylvania Bar Association (PBA) and has been selected for a three-year term on the Editorial Committee. This Committee is charged with overseeing the PBA’s membership-wide publications. She was selected to be a member of the PBA’s Bar Leadership Institute (BLI) 2020 – 2021 class. She currently focuses her practice on Family and Matrimonial Law. Alyson performs court appointments as guardian ad litem in Butler County, as well as being appointed as counsel in Butler County Orphans’ Court matters. Alyson is also Butler County’s Adoption Hearing Officer for private involuntary termination proceedings. Alyson resides in Butler with her boyfriend, their two rescue dogs, Uvo and Machi, and a calico named Sailor.
Angelica L. Revelant, Esq., CVA, MAFF
Angelica Revelant (“Angel”) has more than 20 years of litigation experience as a former practicing family law attorney turned testifying financial expert. Her litigation support experience includes calculation of economic damages including lost earnings and lost profits, fraud and forensic engagements, disposable income calculations, marital and non-marital components of retirement plans and other deferred compensation benefits, and business valuations. She has regularly lectured on various litigation topics for local county bar associations, Pennsylvania Bar Association, Pennsylvania Bar Institute, and National Business Institute. Ms. Revelant earned her dual B.S. from University of Pittsburgh and her J.D. from The Pennsylvania State University Dickinson School of Law.She was recognized as a Pennsylvania Super Lawyers® Rising Star (2010–2015) and selected as one of Pennsylvania’s “Lawyers on the Fast Track” by The Legal Intelligencer in 2012.She is the recipient of the ACBF Presidential Merit Award in 2014 as well as the HBK 75th Anniversary Award in 2024 and HBKVG Joe Evans and Kelly Carrier Legacy Award in 2025.Ms. Revelant is qualified as an expert witness in Allegheny, Butler, Crawford, and Westmoreland Counties in Pennsylvania, Mahoning County, Ohio and United States District Court for the Northern District of California.

Dorothy C. O’Neil is a Founding Member of BOK Law & Mediation Services, PLLC
Dorothy C. O’Neil is an accomplished family law attorney and one of the founding members of BOK Law & Mediation Services, PLLC in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, where she focuses on helping families navigate complex transitions with compassion, clarity, and efficiency. Dorothy began her legal career litigating a wide range of family law matters, including complex divorce, custody, and support cases. During this phase of her career, she worked with a national domestic litigation firm and was recognized as both the firm’s Overall Top Attorney and Top Performer in her region in 2013. In 2014, she further advanced her trial skills by completing the National Institute of Trial Advocacy’s comprehensive family law program, offered in partnership with the American Bar Association Section of Family Law. Motivated by a deep understanding of the emotional and financial toll traditional litigation can take on families, Dorothy shifted her practice to include out-of-court resolution methods. In 2016, she completed advanced training in the Collaborative Divorce Process through the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals and became a trained Family Law Mediator. This practice allows her to guide clients toward more humane, cost-effective solutions while skillfully managing the heightened emotions often involved in family law disputes. Dorothy is also an active communicator and educator in the family law space. She is a Certified Divorce Financial Analyst®, which allows her to guide her clients and mediating parties through complex financial issues. She additionally hosts the podcast Donuts and Divorce, where she discusses key legal topics affecting families, offers practical insights, and interviews professionals who support individuals through separation and divorce. Dorothy has been honored for her professional excellence and leadership, including repeated peer selection to Best Lawyers in America® for Family Law (2021–2025) and Collaborative Law (2025), and as a recipient of Lawyer of the Year for Family Law in 2024. She is regularly listed among Pennsylvania Super Lawyers® (2022–2025). She currently serves as President for the Collaborative Law Association of Southwestern Pennsylvania (CLASP d/b/a Three Rivers Collaborative Divorce).
