Overview

Second marriages, blended families, single-parent households, and committed couples who choose not to marry – are just some examples of the modern family. This practical program highlights key issues that attorneys must consider to ensure their client assets are transferred to intended loved ones. A great course for attorneys whose practice areas have estate planning consequences or attorneys who are new to estate planning.

Recorded in October 2025.
