This program is eligible for 2 hours of CLE credit in 60-minute states. In 50-minute states, this program is eligible for 2.4 hours of CLE credit. Credit hours are estimated and are subject to each state’s approval and credit rounding rules.
Overview
This comprehensive two-hour course will provide a deep dive into key aspects of global trade compliance and supply chain management. Topics include U.S. import/export regulations, the current tariff landscape and proposed policy changes, de minimis and Foreign Direct Product Rule (FDPR) applications, and evolving sanctions impacting exports to numerous destinations. The course will equip participants with the tools to navigate complex trade environments and ensure compliance in an ever-shifting global market.
