Mr. Dilsheimer is a partner and trial attorney at Stampone O’Brien Dilsheimer Law in Cheltenham. Before that, he practiced most recently with Saltz Mongeluzzi Barrett & Bendesky.  Mr. Dilsheimer has vast experience handling complex, catastrophic injury cases in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, and the District of Columbia, as well as other locations around the country. He concentrates his practice on major, catastrophic injury litigation. He has worked on the settlement and trial of several multi-million dollar cases and has a wide range of experience in cases involving traumatic brain injury, defective products, construction accidents, FELA, premises liability, medical malpractice, motor vehicle accidents, subrogation matters, and commercial litigation.  Mr. Dilsheimer’s successful verdict in a Monroe County, PA jury trial was reported by The National Law Journal as one of the “Top PA Verdicts of 2010” in the January 2010 edition of Verdict Search National. The trial involved a head-on automobile accident. Keli M. Neary is a judge with the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania. Judge Neary is a 2003 graduate of the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown and a 2006 graduate of Widener University Commonwealth Law School. After law school, she clerked for Judges Rehkamp, Morrow, and Quigley in the Perry County Court of Common Pleas. Judge Neary then served for five years as an Assistant Counsel with the Governor’s Office of General Counsel assigned to the Pennsylvania State Police. She joined the Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General in 2012 where she became the Executive Deputy Attorney General in charge of the Civil Law Division in 2019, overseeing the work of approximately 120 attorneys and support staff. In her time at the Office, Neary worked on countless injunctions and other complex litigation matters and represented nearly every agency and office of the Commonwealth. Jonathan M. Huerta is a partner with the KingSpry Law Firm in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. President Obama commissioned Mark A. Kearney as a judge for the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania in December 2014 following a unanimous voice vote in the United States Senate. Judge McVay was elected to the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, in 2007, after being highly recommended by the Allegheny County Bar Association. He served in the Family Division from 2008 to 2017 before being assigned to the Civil Division in February 2017. With over 90% of the ACBA members supporting and recommending his retention, Judge McVay was retained by the voters of Allegheny County for a second term in November 2017. In the Civil Division, Judge McVay has conducted thousands of conciliations and presided over jury and non-jury trials involving medical malpractice, personal injury, real estate, and contract cases. Judge McVay is also primarily responsible for all election issues in Allegheny County. Judge McVay was the General Motions Court Judge during all trial terms in 2022, and continues to preside over General Motions Court, particularly during trial terms, ruling on many daily issues such as Preliminary Objections, Preliminary Injunctions, and Contested Motions. Judge McVay administers the Allegheny County Residential Mortgage Foreclosure Program, also known as the “Save Your Home” program—a collaborative partnership between the public and private sector to address property foreclosures in Allegheny County. The program aims to keep individuals from losing their homes through court intervention, counseling, and mandatory conciliation. The program has achieved a 40% rate of successful outcomes, saving more than 100 homes annually. In 2020, Judge McVay accepted the assignment of the Conservatorship docket, which facilitates the rehabilitation of abandoned and blighted properties pursuant to the Conservatorship Act. He expanded the docket to include three additional judges to further court efficiency and provided guidance in the drafting of local Conservatorship rules and implemented a CS docket numbering system with the Department of Court Records. Judge McVay also developed a Case Management Order to streamline the Conservatorship process and is currently working with the City of Pittsburgh to develop procedures beneficial for all in Conservatorship cases involving city-owned properties. From 2019 to 2020, Judge McVay also oversaw the Complex Construction docket, handling the final disposition of construction litigation cases involving an amount in controversy exceeding $100,000. During his tenure in the Family Division (2008–2017), Judge McVay adjudicated thousands of Juvenile Court cases involving delinquency and dependency and presided over Adult Family Division matters such as custody, visitation, support, and protection from abuse petitions. He chaired the first Family Group Decision Making Task Force for Allegheny County, heard Termination of Parental Rights cases as an Orphan’s Court Judge, and lectured on juvenile and dependency law for continuing legal education programs. Judge McVay is actively involved in in legal education and training. In July 2024, he taught Forum Non Conveniens for the Pennsylvania Conference of Trial Judges. He also was a panelist on “Pursuing and Defending Attorney Fee Claims”. Additionally, he helped develop the Civil Division Voir Dire Skills Training with the ACBA. He has moderated and spoken at numerous events including “What Judges Think,” “Real World Scenarios in Civil Court” for NBI, and “Medical Malpractice” for the ACBA in 2018 and 2019. Judge McVay remains a licensed pharmacist and holds a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from Duquesne University, earned in 1980. While working night shifts as a pharmacist at St. Clair Hospital, he earned his law degree from Duquesne University School of Law in 1984. Upon graduating law school, Judge McVay was an attorney for 23 years, primarily as Assistant Solicitor for the Allegheny County Department of Children, Youth and Families, where he represented public clients in matters involving neglect, family welfare, and child abuse. He also previously served as General Counsel to the Allegheny County Housing Authority and as an Assistant Solicitor for the City of Pittsburgh. Judge McVay was inducted into the Duquesne University Sports Hall of Fame in 2014, having earned an NCFA All-American recognition and the Outstanding College Athlete Award by the Thompson Run Athletic Association in 1977. A dedicated Duquesne football alumnus, he is a sideline analysist for Duquesne football and continues to serve as a “spotter” at Steelers home games. Judge McVay coached baseball with his wife, Janine, the manager, and they are pet lovers and avid Duquesne football, Steelers, and Pirates fans. Judge McVay has also served as a board member for the DePaul School for the Deaf from 2018-2022.

Tim’s practice includes all aspects of civil litigation, including personal injury and commercial/business lawsuits. Tim has experience litigating cases in Pennsylvania state and federal courts. In his role as “Of Counsel” in the City of Philadelphia Law Department, Ken advises City agencies on liability exposure and risk avoidance; litigation and spreading risk through leasing and contracting. He drafts proposed legislation and participates in bench-bar groups that draft rules to promote the equitable and efficient management of civil trial practice. Ken mentors new attorneys, presents CLEs, and teaches as an adjunct professor at Temple University Beasley School of Law. Ken was twice vice-president and president of the Philadelphia Association of Defense Counsel (2023-2024) and remains a member of PADC’s Executive Committee. Katherine Cole Douglas is a member of Bennett, Bricklin & Saltzburg LLC and focuses her practice on insurance coverage and bad faith matters. Kathy attended The Dickinson School of Law in Carlisle, Pennsylvania, graduating with honors in 1990. Ms. Coatsworth currently serves on the Board of Governors of the Philadelphia Bar Association as Immediate Past Chancellor, having previously served as Chancellor, Chancellor-Elect, Vice Chancellor, Assistant Treasurer, Secretary, Assistant Secretary, Parliamentarian and Elected Member. Additionally, she is a past co-chair of the Women in the Profession Committee, and she is also very active with the State Civil Litigation Section, Women’s Rights Committee, LGBTQ Rights Committee and the Real Property Section. She previously served on the Executive Committee of the Young Lawyers Division of that organization for six years and held the positions of Secretary and Vice Chair of the Division. She also served as a Trustee of the Philadelphia Bar Foundation and a Board Member for Philadelphia VIP. She serves on the Leadership Council of Community Legal Services and the Advisory Board for Pennsylvanians for Modern Courts. In the Pennsylvania Bar Association, Ms. Coatsworth is the Immediate Past Zone One Governor and she co-chairs the Membership Development Committee. She also serves as Vice Chair of the Civil and Equal Rights Committee and Large Firm Management Committee, and she sits on the Executive Counsel of the Civil Litigation Section as a Past Chair and the Women in the Profession Commission’s Executive Council as Co-Chair of the 2026 Fall Retreat. She previously served as co-chair of the PBA Women in the Profession Commission and chaired several of its committees including Annual Meeting, Fall Retreat and Awards Committee. She is also a Past Chancellor of the Louis D. Brandeis Law Society, and she serves on several committees of the Eastern District of Pennsylvania including the Community Outreach Committee and the Jury Diversity Task Force.

Ms. McConnell is an Partner at Summers, McDonnell, Hudock, Guthrie & Rauch, PC. She specializes in complex litigation, with a focus on UM/UIM coverage, transportation defense, premises liability, construction and products liability. Ms. McConnell has tried multiple jury cases to verdict throughout Central Pennsylvania. She has also appeared before the Pennsylvania appellate courts. Ms. McConnell earned her law degree from the Penn State Dickinson School of Law in 2011 and her B.A. from Drexel University in 2008.

Amy Coco is a shareholder at the Pittsburgh law firm of DiBella Weinheimer, where she has focused her practice on Professional Responsibility for more than 30 years. She represents lawyers, judges, and law students in matters involving ethics, licensure, professional responsibility, risk management, and law practice management counseling. Amy is the current President of the Allegheny County Bar Association (ACBA) and previously served six years on its Board of Governors. Within the ACBA, she has chaired the Nominating Committee and By-Laws Committee, the Professional Ethics Committee (where she continues to serve as a Duty Officer), and the Lawyers Insurance Committee. She has also served on the Council of the Solo and Small Firm Section and chaired subcommittees within the Women in the Law Division. At the Pennsylvania Bar Association (PBA), Amy is Co-Chair of the Legal Ethics and Professional Responsibility Committee. She served as the PBA’s Woman At Large Governor (2021–2024) and chaired its Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Team from 2022 to 2024. She is also the Director of the University of Pittsburgh School of Law’s Incubator Program, mentoring lawyers as they establish solo practices. In addition, she is a member of the Washington County, Philadelphia County Bar Associations, as well as the American Bar Association and its Center for Professional Responsibility and the Association of Professional Responsibility Lawyers (APRL). A frequent lecturer and writer on professional liability, diversity and inclusion, and ethics issues, Amy has been recognized by Best Lawyers in America for Ethics and Professional Responsibility Law since 2024 and has been named a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer annually since 2018. In 2022, she was recognized as one of Pittsburgh’s Top 50 Lawyers. She earned her J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 1994, and her B.A. in Journalism from Indiana University Bloomington in 1989.

Deborah is the Associate General Counsel at Cozen O’Connor. She advises clients on risk management, ethics, and professional responsibility issues arising within their law firms and practices. Deborah also works with stakeholders within the firm to advise on ethical aspects of pending matters and to assure adherence to ethical standards and compliance with firm policies. In addition, she advises firm management on lateral recruitment and integration. Deborah handles pro bono representations, including representing clients through the Support Center for Child Advocates. Deborah was appointed to the ABA Standing Committee on Public Protection in the Provision of Legal Services in 2023 and is Co-Chair of the ABA Section of Litigation Ethics and Professionalism Committee. Deborah was elected to the Pennsylvania Bar Association House of Delegates and is Vice Chair of the Pennsylvania Bar Association’s Legal Ethics and Professional Responsibility and a member of the Women in the Profession and Unauthorized Practice of Law Committees. In addition, she serves as Co-Chair of the Philadelphia Bar Association’s Professional Responsibility and Professional Guidance Committee. She is a lecturer in law and teaches a course in Professional Responsibility and Ethics at the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School.
