Faculty

Carrie J. McConnell, Esq.

Ms. McConnell is an Partner at Summers, McDonnell, Hudock, Guthrie & Rauch, PC. She specializes in complex litigation, with a focus on UM/UIM coverage, transportation defense, premises liability, construction and products liability. Ms. McConnell has tried multiple jury cases to verdict throughout Central Pennsylvania. She has also appeared before the Pennsylvania appellate courts. Ms. McConnell earned her law degree from the Penn State Dickinson School of Law in 2011 and her B.A. from Drexel University in 2008.

Amber L. Manson-Webb, Esq.

Ms. Manson-Webb is an attorney at Edgar Snyder & Associates in the firm’s Pittsburgh office.  She currently serves on the Council of the Allegheny County Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Division and as Co-Chair of the Young Lawyers Division’s Membership Outreach Committee.  Ms. Manson-Webb was previously selected to participate in the Allegheny County Bar Association’s Bar Leadership Initiative.  She volunteers as a mentor with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Pittsburgh.  Ms. Manson-Webb earned her B.A. from Edinboro University of Pennsylvania and her J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law.

Tyler J. Stampone, Esq.

Born in Los Angeles County, California, Tyler grew up in Abington Township, Pennsylvania and graduated from Germantown Academy in 2005. The Academy inducted him into its Athletic Hall of Fame in 2016 for his contributions to the athletic department as an all-time football, ice hockey, and baseball student-athlete. Tyler played collegiate baseball at both Division-I Holy Cross (’06-07) and William & Mary (‘08-09). He received the Patriot League Rookie of the Year Award, the first in Holy Cross history, in ‘06. Tyler transferred to William & Mary where he graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in January of 2010. His two baseball seasons at W&M left him ranking in the top-ten historically for several single-season offensive categories. In July of 2009, Tyler signed a contract with the Baltimore Orioles where he spent two seasons (’09, ’10) with the organization in the minor leagues. In 2009, he received All-Star honors in the Gulf Coast League after he led Baltimore’s minor league organization with a (.312) batting average. While in negotiations with a professional team in Bologna, Italy, Tyler instead opted to take a full-time job at Germantown Academy in the business office and as the Head Baseball Coach. During his time back at GA as an employee of his alma mater, he ran the successful Day Camp program during the summers, created the facility rental structure for the campus’ athletic and educational venues, and coached varsity football and ice hockey as an assistant and baseball as the skipper. In 2014, Tyler chose Villanova to pursue his law degree which he received in 2017. During his three years at Villanova Law, Tyler was a member of the Sports and Entertainment Law Society and worked as a teaching assistant in first-year property classes. He dove head first into advanced torts classes including privacy law where he wrote a paper which advocated for a plaintiff-friendly standard to unmask anonymous online trolls who injure Pennsylvania and New Jersey residents’ reputations and businesses with defamatory speech on the web. Tyler interned as a law clerk at Stampone O’Brien Dilsheimer Holloway for two summers during law school and gained valuable experience in complex civil litigation. A constant multi-tasker, Tyler engaged and married his wife, Mallory, during his first and second years at Villanova. In his third year, Tyler worked at the Civil Justice Clinic at Villanova Law where he successfully represented indigent clients in a variety of civil cases. Outside of the office, Tyler is an avid sports fan, supporting all of Philadelphia’s collegiate and professional teams. He enjoys historical fiction and nonfiction, golf, surfing, and spending time outside on the water with family and friends. Tyler and Mallory live in an antebellum farmhouse on the Pennsauken Creek in Cinnaminson, NJ.

Lauren Kelly Gielarowski, Esq.

Lauren Kelly Gielarowski is an Associate Attorney with Luxenberg Garbett Kelly & George, PC. She is a dedicated trial attorney specializing in personal injury law, with a particular focus on medical malpractice and catastrophic injury cases. Her extensive background allows her to provide exceptional representation for individuals who have been harmed due to medical negligence or catastrophic accidents. Lauren began her legal career at a large, international law firm, where she gained valuable experience in financial services litigation, including consumer class actions and shareholder derivative suits. This foundation in complex legal matters honed her analytical skills and attention to detail. Thereafter, and prior to joining LGKG, Lauren was a partner at a national law firm, where she represented healthcare providers across Pennsylvania and West Virginia. She worked with a diverse range of clients, including nationally recognized hospitals, community hospitals, nursing homes, physicians, and registered nurses, giving her a well-rounded understanding of the healthcare industry and its legal landscape. After years of defending healthcare providers, Lauren’s passion for advocating for injured individuals led her to transition to the plaintiff side at LGKG. Her defense experience gives her a unique perspective, allowing her to understand the strategies and tactics of opposing counsel. This insight, combined with her deep commitment to her clients, enables her to fight effectively and with empathy on behalf of injured individuals. Lauren is currently a fellow of the Academy of Trial Lawyers of Allegheny County. The Academy is an invitation-only organization of premier trial lawyers in Allegheny County. Admission into the Academy is by nomination and only a limited number of open positions are available on a yearly basis. Through a rigorous selection process, the Academy selects for membership those trial lawyers who have exhibited excellence and the highest levels of ethical standards and professionalism. A native of Ellwood City, Pennsylvania, Lauren earned both her undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Pittsburgh. During law school, she was a judicial intern for the Honorable Debra M. Todd, current Chief Justice of the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, and also served as a legal writing teaching assistant under Professor Nancy Burkoff. Lauren is currently an adjunct professor at her alma mater, the University of Pittsburgh School of Law.

E. Kelly Conway, Esq.

Kelly Conway is a trial attorney and litigator who advocates for clients with skill, passion and determination. Kelly joined Steve Harvey Law in October of 2021 after spending three years as an assistant solicitor for the City of Philadelphia. While representing the City, Kelly spent much of her time in the courtroom, litigating cases involving the safety and welfare of our most vulnerable citizens-children. Kelly handles all aspects of civil litigation and has significant experience trying cases both as first chair and as second chair trial counsel. Kelly is a 2017 graduate of Villanova University School of Law. Prior to law school, Kelly graduated magna cum laude from Temple University’s Fox School of Business and then worked at a global consulting firm performing internal audits and working with management clients to detect and manage corporate risk. She is a graduate of Villanova University School of Law, J.D, and Temple University Fox School of Business, B.B.A., magna cum laude. Kelly is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and befor the U.S. District Court for the Eastern and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania.
