Andrew J. Marley, Esq.
Andrew Marley is the Managing Attorney of Marley & Associates LLC. He has extensive experience representing businesses, individuals, and lenders in litigation throughout the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and in the State of New Jersey. Andrew has successfully litigated multiple cases through both trial and appeal to successful results for his clients. Andrew also serves in a general advisory role for several businesses located in the Greater Delaware Valley, particularly issues dealing with general business operations, collections, real estate, and legal strategies. He has a deep knowledge of the nuances of Pennsylvania Court procedure throughout the Commonwealth. Andrew is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University (2006, B.S Business Management) and Temple University School of Law (2011 J.D.).
Jack M. Seitz, Esq.
Jack M. Seitz, Esq., is a founding partner of Lesavoy Butz & Seitz LLC in Allentown, Pennsylvania. A creditors’ lawyer, Mr. Seitz has more than 40 years of experience representing lenders, developers, receivers, and other business clients with a focus on creditors’ rights, workouts, asset recovery (including liquor license rights), foreclosure, bankruptcy litigation, receiverships, bank litigation, and fraudulent conveyances throughout Pennsylvania and in New Jersey. Mr. Seitz also concentrates in the litigation of disputes involving fraud, business relationships, and real estate Mr. Seitz is a frequent lecturer on workout issues, lien divestiture, lien priority issues, lender liability (defense), and best practices in foreclosure and bankruptcy matters. Mr. Seitz is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and New York and in various federal courts. He is a certified bankruptcy mediator in both the Eastern and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania. He also serves as a court-appointed hearing officer for partition cases in Lehigh County, PA Mr. Seitz has been named to “Pennsylvania Super Lawyers” (Creditor Debtor Rights: Business) for fifteen consecutive years (2011 – 2025) and to “Best Lawyers in America” (Bankruptcy and Creditor Debtor Rights; Insolvency and Reorganization Law) for ten consecutive years (2015 – 2025).
Matthew G. Brushwood, Esq.
Mr. Brushwood is Of Counsel at the firm of Barley Snyder, where he is a member of the firm’s Creditors’ Rights Practice Group. His practice includes residential and commercial mortgage foreclosure as well as representation of secured and unsecured creditors through bankruptcy, regulatory compliance, title curative, eviction, repossession, garnishment, mechanic’s lien and other commercial litigation in both state and federal courts. Mr. Brushwood currently serves as co-chair of the Berks County Mortgage Foreclosure Diversion Program Task Force and as a member of the Lancaster County RMFDP Advisory Committee. He earned his B.S. from the Pennsylvania State University and his J.D. from the Widener University School of Law. He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania. New Jersey and Maryland and a member of the Pennsylvania, Berks, Lehigh and Northampton County Bar Associations.
