Overview
Join Inna Materese, Esquire, Gabriella Lacitignola, Esquire, and Stephen Juska, ASA for a fast-paced, practical program that breaks down the essentials of child support and spousal support/APL in Pennsylvania.
Designed for both new and more experienced family law practitioners looking to sharpen their approach, the course will review the statutory framework and procedural requirements governing each type of support action before turning to the practical side of support litigation. Discussion will offer guidance on reviewing tax returns and related financial documents, identifying income sources, determining income available for support, as well as tricky considerations of income in support matters.
Attendees will leave with a stronger command of the legal standards and procedural aspects, as well as financial analysis skills necessary to effectively advocate for their clients in any support matter.

Inna G. Materese, Esq.
Inna Materese, Esquire, is the founder and managing partner of Materese Family Law, PC, a boutique family law firm in Fort Washington, PA serving Montgomery, Bucks, Chester, Delaware and Philadelphia Counties. Inna and the firm handle all matters of family law in Pennsylvania, including but not limited to, high-asset divorce, complex custody issues, protection from abuse, and support matters. Inna has successfully represented clients in the negotiation, litigation, and alternative dispute resolution. Inna is actively involved with a variety of professional and community organizations. She is the Chair of the Montgomery County Family Law Section, a Co-Chair of the Pennsylvania Bar Association’s Family Law Section Membership Committee, and former member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association Family Law Council. She is the former Chair of the Doris Freed Inn of Court and speaks widely on the topic of family law as faculty, writer and presenter. Inna is also certified a parenting coordinator and serves in that capacity in family law matters as part of her work. Prior to launching Materese Family Law, Inna was a family law partner at Dischell Bartle Dooley, PC, a Greater Philadelphia area law firm, where she honed her client-centered and cost-effective approach. Inna holds degrees in Public Relations and Political Science from the University of Florida, as well as a JD from Temple University James E. Beasley School of Law.
Steven Juska, MBA
Steven Juska began his valuation career in 1997; he has specialized in economic damage analysis, litigation support for marital dissolution and shareholder disputes, forensic accounting, intangible asset appraisal and income calculations. His business valuation and intangible asset valuation experience includes purchase price allocation, goodwill impairment testing, economic damage analysis, and estate and gift tax discount studies. Steven has made industry presentations before accountants and attorneys on topics including business valuation and forensic accounting. He has been qualified to provide expert testimony on the subjects of business valuation and forensic accounting. Steven earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from James Madison University and his Masters Degree in Business Administration from LaSalle University. He is a candidate for the American Society of Appraisers and has passed the four ASA Principles of Valuation courses as well as the ASA’s Ethics exam and Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) exam.
Gabriella Lacitignola, Esq.
Gabriella Lacitignola, Esquire is an Associate Attorney at Materese Family Law, P.C. and offers representation in all family matters, including custody, divorce, spousal and child support, and protection from abuse. “Gabi” is the Co-chair of the Dickman Seminar as part of the Montgomery County Bar Association Family Law Section, and serves on the Board of the Mission Kids Young Professionals Group, an group that support the mission of raising awareness and organizing community outreach of Miss Kids as a critical support for children and families in the investigation of child abuses cases. Prior to joining the firm, Gabi practiced family law in the greater Philadelphia region. She also previously served five years as an Assistant District Attorney at the Montgomery County District Attorney’s Office. As an Assistant District Attorney, Gabi represented the Commonwealth in hundreds of cases, notably serving in the Family Protection Unit, where she investigated, charged, and prosecuted child sexual abuse and domestic violence cases. Gabi attended Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law and received her Bachelor’s Degree from Saint Joseph’s University.
