Ann Vetrano

Ms. Vetrano has been
a paralegal for 16 years. She is a retired Department of Human Services
supervisor, with 33 years of experience in the Medicaid application process.

Timothy Sechler Esq., CELA

Mr. Sechler is the owner of the Sechler Law Firm, LLC, located in Mars, PA. His estate planning and elder law practice is focused on guiding clients through the complicated maze of balancing transfer strategies, wealth preservation, benefits eligibility and the preservation of family values. He is a Certified Elder Law Attorney by the National Elder Law Foundation. He received his law degree from Duquesne University School of Law and his Master of Business Administration from the Duquesne University Donahue Graduate School of Business. Mr. Sechler received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from West Virginia University, majoring in finance. Mr. Sechler is a Combat Veteran, having served in Afghanistan as a member of the West Virginia Air National Guard. He is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys as well as the Pennsylvania Association of Elder Law Attorneys. For the last several years, he has also been recognized as a Pennsylvania Super Lawyers Rising Star.

Chari Alson Esq., CELA

Ms. Alson is Certified as an Elder Law Attorney by the National Elder Law Foundation and practices with the law firm of Anderson Elder Law, P.C. based in Media, Pennsylvania. She has been practicing in the areas of trust and estate administration, estate planning, and elder law since 2003. Ms. Alson received her juris doctor degree from Temple University, her Masters in Public Health and a Gerontology Certificate from Boston University School of Public Health, her Bachelor of Arts from Rutgers University – New Brunswick, and holds the Certified Trust and Financial Advisor designation. Ms. Alson is a member of NAELA and PAELA, is a Co-Chair of the Delaware County Bar Association Elder Law Committee, a co-Editor of the Delaware County Elder Law Handbook, a co-Editor of the Pennsylvania Bar Association Elder Law Section Newsletter, an editorial board member of NAELA News, and is a board member of the Chester County Estate Planning Council.

Tammy Weber Esq., CELA

Ms. Weber is the managing principal of Marshall, Parker & Weber, LLC (www.paelderlaw.com) with offices in Williamsport, Plains, and Jersey Shore, Pennsylvania.  Her practice focuses on elder law, estate and business succession planning. She graduated magna cum laude from Lycoming College and received her law degree from Temple University. She is a certified elder law attorney (CELA) by the National Elder Law Foundation. She is also a VA accredited attorney for the preparation, presentation, and prosecution of claims for veterans’ benefits before the Department of Veterans Affairs. She previously served as an Assistant United States Attorney for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania where she was involved with major federal investigations and prosecutions. While in this position, she was the recipient of the Department of Health & Human Services Inspector General’s Integrity Award for the investigation and criminal conviction of the first Medicare money laundering seizure case in the country. Ms. Weber has also served as an adjunct professor at Saint Joseph’s University Graduate Criminal Justice Program where she designed and taught a course on law and social policy. For several years, she sat on the editorial board of the Legal intelligencer.  Ms. Weber is President of the Pennsylvania Association of Elder Law Attorneys (“PAELA”). She is Past Chair of the Pennsylvania Bar Association’s Elder Law Section and serves on Council, Chair of the Lycoming Law Association’s Community Activities and Outreach Committee, and Past President of the Lycoming Law Association. Ms. Weber is Immediate Past Chair of the First Community Foundation Partnership of Pennsylvania (“FCFP”) and a Trustee for  Lycoming College, Williamsport PA.  She is a member of the Northcentral Pennsylvania Estate Planner’s Council and the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (“NAELA”). She also serves on the Ethics Advisory Board for Albright LIFE.
