This program is eligible for 3 hours of CLE credit in 60-minute states. In 50-minute states, this program is eligible for 3.6 hours of CLE credit. Credit hours are estimated and are subject to each state’s approval and credit rounding rules.

Megan Pollum
Megan Pollum is the Social Worker and Public Benefits Coordinator at Sechler Law Firm, LLC, where she has served clients and their families for the past three years. With over 15 years of experience in social work and long-term care planning, Megan brings a compassionate and knowledgeable approach to helping individuals navigate complex public benefits systems. Before joining Sechler Law Firm, Megan spent 12 years as the Director of Social Services at a nursing home, where she oversaw Medicaid applications and provided critical support for residents’ psychosocial needs. Her deep understanding of the challenges facing aging adults and their families allows her to guide clients through the public benefits process with empathy and expertise. Megan earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from Youngstown State University. She remains dedicated to advocating for those in need and ensuring that every client she works with is treated with dignity and respect.
