Faculty

Robert Louis Esq.

Mr. Louis is Of Counsel at Saul Ewing LLP, in Philadelphia and a member of its private client services practice. A graduate of the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and the Harvard Law School, he also has an LL.M. in Taxation from Temple University. Mr. Louis is a former Trustee of the Philadelphia Bar Association Probate and Trust Law Section, a former Chair of the Pennsylvania Bar Association Tax Section, a Sustaining Life Fellow of the American Bar Foundation, a Life Fellow of the Pennsylvania Bar Foundation and a Fellow of the American College of Tax Counsel. He is also a Trustee of the Philadelphia Bar Foundation, and has been actively involved with numerous other civic and charitable organizations and foundations. Mr. Louis was the founding President of the Mid-Atlantic Chapter of the Family Firm Institute and served as President of the Philadelphia Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts. He is a frequent author and lecturer on tax, estates and employee benefits topics.

Gina Sage

Ms. Sage is the Account Executive in the Professional Liablity Dept  of USI Affinity, resident in the company’s Newtown Square office. She has worked in the lawyer’s liability department for 23 years, where she specializes in the lawyer’s liability insurance program endorsed by the Pennsylvania Bar Association, Philadelphia Bar Association and Allegheny County Bar Association.

Stephen Seckler Esq.

Stephen E. Seckler, Esq., is president of Seckler Attorney Coaching. For 25 years, he has advised attorneys on how to make their “best” next career decision. He has coached hundreds of attorneys on how to grow their income in comfortable ways. Judith Kurnick

Coach, speaker, and writer Judith Kurnick guides lawyers, executives, and business owners in escaping the corporate life and designing a next chapter that promotes continued relevance and improved well-being. Her proven method helps clients clarify and get inspired by what’s next. She has been featured on Philadelphia’s ABC TV station and Comcast’s Money Matters and has presented to the American Bar Association, New Jersey State Bar Association, Wells Fargo Advisors, Wharton Alumni’s Pi Delta Epsilon, and the Forum of Executive Women among others. During her 40-year career as a strategic communications executive and consultant, Judith advised clients in banking, health care, academia, and the arts.  Judith received her coaching training through graduate study at the University of Pennsylvania and through Mentor Coach. She holds a BA from Brandeis University.

Dennis C. Reardon, Esq.

Mr. Reardon is the founder of Reardon & Associates, LLC, a law firm in Wayne. He specializes in tax matters related to estate, business and compensation planning. The firm’s clients generally are family owned businesses, professionals, executives, and fiduciaries or beneficiaries of trusts and estates. Additional areas of specialty include estate administration; representation regarding business transactions, including sales and purchases of businesses; shareholder matters; buy-sell agreements; S Corporation and LLC planning; and life insurance planning. Mr. Reardon has spoken on tax and insurance planning topics at meetings of: The American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (Seminar at Annual Meeting); The American Institute of Certified Public Accountants Employee Benefits Conference; the Million Dollar Round Table; the Association for Advanced Life Underwriting; the Washington State Bar Association and Seattle Planning Council; the New York City Estate Planning Council; CLU Institutes and American College meetings; various PBI meetings, including the Estate Planning Institute since 2006; and other professional groups throughout the United States. Mr. Reardon wrote three colums per year from 2002 through 2023 on “Estate Planning Strategies” for the Journal of Financial Service Professionals. He is the author of S Corporations: Estate, Business and Compensation Planning (1992), and Working with S Corporations (1996, 2001), publications of the National Underwriter Company. His articles have also appeared in the Estates, Gifts and Trusts Journal; Estate and Financial Planners Quarterly; and other professional publications. He also developed the course materials and had been an instructor for many years for the Insurance Concepts course that was part of the Tax Management Seminars offered by KPMG Peat Marwick to its professional staff. Mr. Reardon is a graduate of the University of Connecticut (B.A.); Western New England College, School of Law (J.D.); Temple University (LL.M., Taxation); and has earned the designations of Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) and Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) from the American College. He is a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel and a member of its Business Planning Committee, and is the chairman of its Life Insurance Subcommittee. Mr. Reardon is a member of the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and American Bar Associations. He is a past president of the Delaware County Estate Planning Council and the Attorney/CPA Forum of Delaware County, and is also a member of the Philadelphia Estate Planning Council. He has been designated a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer® every year since 2009 and has received an AV® Peer Review Rating by Martindale Hubbell®.

David A. Fitzsimons, Esq.

His succession “next step” in practice, Mr. Fitzsimons is the principal at ADRFitz LLC which provides Process Centered dispute resolution services. About five years ago David took stock of his experience, values and forward looking preferences and decided to focus his commercial litigation experience and practice in disputes resolution to establish ADRFitz LLC. In addition to conducting mediations, Mr. Fitzsimons also serves as an arbitrator, trainer and dispute resolution consultant. A certified member of the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania’s Mediator Panel, he is currently chair of the Cumberland County ADR panel. Mr. Fitzsimons maintains relevant memberships in the dispute resolution arena and is active with the PBA ADR Committee and the PBA Legal Ethics and Professional Responsibility Committee [LEPRC]. David also teaches successful dispute resolution process skills including focus on relevant professional ethics involved in dispute resolution.
