Dr. Rosenstein is a psychologist and psychoanalyst in private practice in Jenkintown. She treats adults in psychoanalysis and intensive psychotherapy, as well as children and adolescents in intensive psychotherapy. She specializes in forensic assessments, including custody evaluations and mental health evaluations. For 20 years, she was a consulting evaluator with the Court Conciliation and Evaluation Service, performing custody evaluations in Bucks County. Dr. Rosenstein teaches widely and is on the faculty of the Psychoanalytic Center of Philadelphia and the Psychoanalytic Association of New York, where she is also actively involved in advocating for psychoanalysis. She is a Clinical Assistant Professor of Psychology in Psychiatry at the University of Pennsylvania, and on the clinical faculty in psychiatry at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia and Albert Einstein Medical Center. Dr. Rosenstein has published empirical research in attachment theory and on the psychological effects of custody disputes on children. Dr. Rosenstein received her PhD in clinical and developmental psychology from the University of Pennsylvania in 1992 and her psychoanalytic training at the Psychoanalytic Center of Philadelphia in 2006. She has been a licensed psychologist in Pennsylvania since 1986, and has been certified by PSYPACT in 2021 to perform telehealth in the states involved in that compact.

Ms. Brandt is a Shareholder and Chair of the Family Law Group of Cozen O’Connor, a national law firm with over 900 attorneys. She is also the current Chair of the American Bar Association Family Law Section. Ms. Brandt focuses her practice on divorce, custody and support matters both in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. She also handles family law mediations and arbitrations. She regularly appears as a legal commentator on national television outlets such as Court TV, CNN, ABC, MSNBC and the Fox News Channel and she is a regular contributor on the regional channel, Fox 29. Ms. Brandt has also appeared locally on television and radio including KYW-TV (CBS 3), WPVI (6 ABC), WCAU (NBC 10 Television) and KYW News Radio. She has contributed to numerous publications including the Philadelphia Inquirer, the National Law Journal, Forbes.com, the Huffington Post and Main Line Today magazine. She is the author of the blog Family Law Focus (www.familylawfocusblog.com) and is a monthly contributor to the Avvo-Martindale blog. Ms. Brandt has been named by Philadelphia Magazine as a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer and one of American Lawyer Media’s Lawyers on the Fast Track as well as one of the Ten Leaders in Matrimonial and Divorce Law, age 45 and under. Ms. Brandt is a member of the Family Law Sections of the American, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Philadelphia, and Camden County Bar Associations. Ms. Brandt is also former co-chair of the Children’s Rights Committee of the PBA. She is a frequent speaker on the topic of family law and practice management for national and local organizations. Ms. Brandt received her B.A., with highest honors, from Rutgers College in 1991 and earned her J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School in 1994, where she was a Senior Editor of the Journal of International Business law and an Arthur Littleton Fellowship Instructor in legal research and writing.

Ms. Behers is a principal in the Pittsburgh law firm of Raphael, Ramsden & Behers, P.C., where her practice is concentrated in family law. She is a member of the Allegheny County Bar Association, where she is a former member of the Board of Governors, a past chair of the Family Law Section, former chair of the Professionalism Committee, and former co-chair of the Ad Hoc Rules Committee. Ms. Behers is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, where she was the Chair of the Family Law Section. Ms. Behers was appointed by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court as a member of the Domestic Relations Procedural Rules Committee and served as the Chair of the committee. She has also served on a statewide task force on Pennsylvania family court reform. Ms. Behers is a co-author of Premarital Agreements in Pennsylvania, Pennsylvania Family Law Discovery Forms, and the Family Law Citator. She is a frequent lecturer for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute. She has been included in the 2003–2024 editions of the Best Lawyers in America, and was named by Best Lawyers in America as Pittsburgh’s 2016 Lawyer of the Year in the practice area of family law. She has been included in all editions of Pennsylvania Super Lawyers. She has also been named as one of Pittsburgh’s top 50 lawyers and one of the top 50 women lawyers in Pennsylvania for the past five (5) years. Attorney Behers served a six-year term on the Board of Directors of the Pennsylvania Bar Institute. She is a Past President of the Allegheny County Bar Foundation. She received her B.A. in 1980 and her J.D. in 1983 from Duquesne University, where she was Associate Editor of the Law Review.
