Overview

Innovation and technology have encroached upon the traditional practice of real estate law. As the world continues to lean toward virtual experiences and Web3, real estate practitioners must prepare for transactions that involve digital assets. In this course, attorneys will learn the technical basics of virtual land and digital twin properties, and how these assets are involved in transactions of “real” land and buildings.

Recorded at the Real Estate Institute in November 2023.
