Overview

This program examines the critical relationship between attorney well-being, ethical compliance, and professional effectiveness. Drawing on the Model Rules of Professional Conduct and the findings of the ABA’s Report of the National Task Force on Lawyer Well-Being, Paula M. Zwiren, JD, MBA, will provide a practical framework for understanding how wellness impacts competence, diligence, and decision-making in legal practice. The session will also address law firm and organizational approaches to supporting attorney well-being.

Paula will be joined by wellness professional Kenny Santucci for a moderated discussion exploring real-world perspectives on stress, performance, and help-seeking behavior in high-pressure professions. Through an interview-style format, the program will consider topics such as sleep, alcohol use, social pressures, and the role of community in sustaining resilience—offering attendees actionable insights to support both ethical practice and long-term career efficacy.

Paula Zwiren, J.D., MBA, CTP

Paula M. Zwiren, JD, MBA, is a licensed attorney and title agent, designated as a Certified Title Professional. Paula received both her law degree and MBA from Rutgers University. Her expertise in the title industry comes from her through understanding of the law and over 25 years of experience in the title industry. Paula understands the value and importance of furthering an education and has taught several continued education courses for attorneys, real estate agents and title professionals, in the form of CLE, CE and pre-licensing for title insurance.

Kenny Santucci

With over a decade of experience, Kenny Santucci has made himself a known as one of New York City’s top trainers and a thought leader in the health and wellness industry. Brand ambassador for Michelob Ultra and Fitaid, Technogym Master Trainer, host of the Fitaid Morning Show, Michelob Ultra MOVEMENT Fitness Festival, Model Beach Volleyball, and more, Santucci has established himself as a force within the fitness space. He has collaborated with industry titans across the health, wellness, and lifestyle space such as Reebok, Under Armour, Adidas, ASICS, Rhone, Melin, Cellucor, Bodybulding.com, CrossFit, the National Academy of Sports Medicine, Precision Nutrition, Nautica, TimeOut, Gregory’s Coffee, and more.
Kenny has also shared his training approach and wellness philosophy with features in top health and wellness publications such as Shape Magazine, Men’s Health Magazine, Men’s Journal, Well+Good, Askmen.com, Reebok.com, and Women’s Health Magazine to name a few.
Kenny lives his mantra of helping others well beyond the walls of the gym. As the creator of the STRONG New York health and wellness series, he is the heart and leader behind these events that have already raised thousands of dollars and brought awareness to the community around men’s and women’s health issues, with a portion of the proceeds going to different health-focused organizations such as the Alzheimer’s Awareness Foundation, Movember Foundation and Breast Cancer Research Foundation.
