Overview
Join PBI for an unforgettable legal seminar where Western grit meets courtroom strategy.
From land battles and shady deals to outright murder, Yellowstone’s Dutton family stops at nothing to protect what’s theirs. The final season of Yellowstone contained an abundance of murder and mayhem including the death of Governor Dutton. But what would really happen if these cases made it into a courtroom — your courtroom?
National speaker and thought-provoker Philip Bogdanoff is back with an engaging and entertaining study of this notorious family.
Using video clips from the final season, Bogdanoff challenges you to determine whether any criminal offenses were committed, and if so, the nature of the crimes, possible defenses, and potential impediments to the prosecution.
In this sharp, engaging legal analysis, you’ll explore:
- The importance of the medical examiner’s testimony.
- The conduct of Beth Dutton and Rip Wheeler to determine whether the police have probable cause to charge anyone with a criminal offense after the deadly fight at Jamie Dutton’s home.
- The blurred line between justice and vengeance.
Bogdanoff breaks down the fictional crimes of Yellowstone through real-world litigation lenses. Whether you're a fan of Yellowstone or just love a good legal puzzle, this seminar will challenge your thinking — and maybe even change how you watch the show.
