Faculty

Charles B. Hadad, Esq.

Mr. Hadad is a partner in The Lynch Law Group. He is Chair of the Firm’s Estates and Trusts practice group and a member of the Firm’s Corporate and Business Succession group. He concentrates his practice in the areas of estate planning, estate administration, probate, trust administration, real estate transactions and corporate and business planning. Mr. Hadad advises clients in all facets of estate planning and estate administration. He works with clients in the preparation of documents that fit their needs, including revocable and irrevocable trusts, special needs trusts and charitable gift/trust planning, and also in preparing decedent final personal income tax returns, Federal Estate Tax returns, Pennsylvania Inheritance Tax returns, Federal Gift Tax returns and fiduciary income tax returns for estates and trusts. He is also an experienced litigator for Orphans’ Court and has successfully represented fiduciaries in surcharge actions, defended will contests, and asserted claims on behalf of beneficiaries and other interested parties for breach of fiduciary duty in the course of estate and trust administration. Mr. Hadad has a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Business Administration from the University of Pittsburgh. He earned his J.D., with honors, from the Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan. He is a member of both the Pennsylvania and Allegheny County Bar Associations. He also is a member of the Allegheny County Bar Association Probate Trust Section Council and Pittsburgh Estate Planning Council.
