Overview

In all areas of practice, effective writing can be the secret to success. It also can be the source of difficulties, as there are ethical problems in written work that often are overlooked.

After all, to a great extent, lawyers are “professional writers” as they get paid for what they write. Particularly in the new “virtual age,” when there is less face-to-face communication, effective writing is even more important.

This program offers tips to help you write more effectively, which also will help you make your practice more successful.
