Ms. Wainwright is the Deputy Court Administrator for the Civil Division of the Fifth Judicial District of Pennsylvania. Working closely with the Division’s Administrative Judge, The Honorable Christine Ward, Ms. Wainwright administers and manages the operations of the Civil Division. Together, Ms. Wainwright and Judge Ward work to improve access to the Court of Common Pleas for all litigants, and provide efficient, effective and fair case management for all cases filed in the Division. Prior to joining the Fifth Judicial District, Ms. Wainwright practiced law handling a variety of commercial matters for corporations, sole proprietors and businesses. Ms. Wainwright’s practice area focused largely on representing professionals (accountants, attorneys, engineers/surveyors, insurance agents, insurers etc.) in numerous contract and professional liability matters. Ms. Wainwright is a member of the Allegheny County Bar Association, serving on the Board of Governors. She is a member of the Academy of Trial Lawyers of Allegheny County where she serves on the Board of Governors, and as the Co-chair of the Diversity Committee. Ms. Wainwright serves as an ex-officio member of the State Civil Procedural Rules Committee and is a member of the Pennsylvania Association of Court Managers. Ms. Wainwright also provides continuing education to professionals where her presentations focus on ethics/professionalism and reducing risks through improved practice management. 

Since January 2014, Steven C. Tolliver, Sr. has served as an associate judge of the 38th Judicial District of Pennsylvania, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania.  He has been engaged in the practice of law as an advocate and as a judge for a combined 42 years. Judge Tolliver began his legal career as a general practitioner, primarily engaged in a criminal defense practice. He served as a law clerk to the Honorable Robert W. Williams, Jr. of the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania, before embarking on a career as a civil litigator in the public, private and corporate sectors.  He looks fondly back at the years he served  the City of Philadelphia as a   Chief Assistant City Solicitor, followed by years in the private sector career as a civil trial litigator as a shareholder in the firm of Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman and Goggin and a corporate litigation counsel to Aetna Life Insurance Company of Hartford, Connecticut. Judge Tolliver has served as a Hearing Committee Member to the Disciplinary Board of the Supreme Court Pennsylvania. Judge Tolliver is a graduate of Villanova University Garey School of Law and Oberlin College and is also a proud Alumnus of Central High School, Philadelphia, PA. He is a member of the Montgomery Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Bar Association, and the NAACP. He has served as Region III Director of National Bar Association and as an officer of the Commercial Law Section of the National Bar Association. He was a member of the Philadelphia Bar Association. He has spoken and written for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute, Defense Research Institute- Life Health and Disability Section, the American Law Institute-of the American Bar Association, and Eastern Claims Conference. 

Attorney Edward Ciarimboli of Dallas, Pennsylvania is a founding partner at Fellerman & Ciarimboli Law PC. Attorney Ciarimboli graduated from Wilkes University with a dual degree in political science and engineering and applied science. While at Duquesne University School of Law, he was admitted to the Order of Barristers for Excellence in Courtroom Advocacy and was named a national semi-finalist in the American Trial Lawyers Association Moot Court Competition. As he was working on his Juris Doctor, Attorney Ciarimboli also served as a law clerk to the Luzerne County Court of Common Pleas and the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania. Attorney Ciarimboli concentrates his practice on trucking, auto collision and medical malpractice litigation. Having been selected for inclusion in the Pennsylvania Super Lawyers® list every year since 2008, Attorney Ciarimboli is fearlessly dedicated to serving his client’s best interests and the results consistently prove just that. Ed Ciarimboli is also an active member of his community. With his partner Greg, Ed began the Safe Prom Pledge in 2010 to promote a drug-free and alcohol-free prom night for students throughout Eastern Pennsylvania. To date, they have spoken to more than 25,000 high school students on the dangers of driving under the influence of drugs and alcohol. Today Ed lives in a 115-year-old farmhouse in northeast Pennsylvania with his wife, Jennifer, their children, two dogs, two cats, numerous chickens, roosters, and an occasional pheasant.
