Ethics:  Remote Work Retrospective: Pitfalls and Progress

With several years of remote and flexible work arrangements in the books and employers increasingly returning to pre-pandemic practices, this panel will discuss the good and the bad, including how the practice of law has changed in the short- and long-term, how these changes have impacted attorneys at different stages of their careers, and how we must account for these changes moving forward.

Recorded in October 2024.
