Sharon R. López is a plaintiff’s employment and civil rights attorney. She represents plaintiffs and employees seeking justice in the workplace. She fights for those who are discriminated against in the workplace and those denied their federal and state employment protections and rights. She is the managing partner of her woman owned firm, Triquetra Law ®. The award-winning firm is located in Lancaster, PA. López started her legal career at Central Penn Legal Services (CPLS), now known as MidPenn Legal Services. Her work at CPLS gave her a deep understanding of the need for free and pro bono legal services. López worked at CPLS  for nine years. Subsequently she worked at the Pennsylvania Coalition Against Domestic Violence (PCADV), a statewide non-profit organization that advocates for safety, autonomy, and restoration of domestic violence survivors. In 2006 López left PCADV to form a private law firm dedicated to advancing civil rights, Triquetra Law ®.  In 2007-08, she spearheaded a diversity pipeline project that placed minority first-year law students in local law firms for the summer. López continues her efforts to mentor and sponsor lawyers who ask for her help, no matter their practice area, or geographic location. López believes being a lawyer means working for social justice and being a voice for positive change in society. This motivates her to not only practice civil rights employment law, but to serve as a statewide leader in the legal profession. Some of her statewide service include serving on the Pennsylvania Bar Association (PBA) Judicial Evaluation Commission, which reviews and rates state appellate court candidates. Governor Wolf also appointed López to serve for one year on the Governor’s Judicial Merit Selection Commission. López became the 123rd President in 2017-2018 for the Pennsylvania Bar Association. She was the fourth woman, the first Latina, the first mother, the first ex legal services attorney, and the first Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Intern to service as President of the largest voluntary state bar association in Pennsylvania. López served on the Board of Philadelphia Lawyers for Social Equity, a non-profit organization dedicated to providing advice and representation to low-income individuals who have criminal records that hold them back from achieving their social and career goals. She presently serves on the Board of Lawyers Concerned for Lawyers, and the Board of the Interest on Lawyer’s Trust Account.

Jeff Rodgers is the manager of digital accessibility at Accessiblü, an agency that specializes in helping companies enhance the accessibility of their digital assets. He leads the accessibility team and oversees accessibility audits, testing, and training for international and U.S. clients. Jeff’s passion for accessibility has led to positions as a digital accessibility specialist and lead instructional designer in corporate and higher education settings. He holds degrees from Kent State and Indiana University, as well as a M.S.Ed. in learning design and technology from Purdue University. Jeff is a member of the International Association of Accessibility Professionals. 

Mr. Edger is a Senior Deputy Attorney General in Charge of the Harrisburg Region of the Bureau of Consumer Protection with the Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General. Prior to joining the Attorney General in 2021, Mr. Edger was a Regional Managing Attorney at MidPenn Legal Services, a non-profit legal aid firm for over seven years, representing clients and overseeing all services in Adams, Cumberland, Franklin and Fulton counties. Mr. Edger is also an Adjunct Professor at Widener University Commonwealth Law School, teaching in the areas of family law, property, employment law, and trial skills. He was recently awarded the Michael K. Smith Excellence in Service Award by the Pennsylvania Bar Association Young Lawyers Division in 2023, and the Pennsylvania Bar Associations Pro Bono Award in 2022. He was named a Rising Star by Pennsylvania Super Lawyers from 2019 to 2021 in the field of “Legal Aid/Pro Bono,” a feat typically unheard of in the history of Pennsylvania Super Lawyer for that field. Mr. Edger recently completed his three-year term on the Pennsylvania Bar Association’s Board of Governors, including as Chair of the Young Lawyers Division for the 2021-2022 year, He is an active member of the Cumberland County Bar Associations, where he serves as the 2nd Vice-President, and will become President of the Cumberland County Bar Association in January 2025. Additionally, Mr. Edger was appointed by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court as a Hearing Committee Member to the Pennsylvania Disciplinary Board. Mr. Edger is Chairman of the Board of Directors of Safe Harbour, a local homeless shelter located in Carlisle, and President of the Widener University Commonwealth Law School Alumni Board. Attorney Daniel J. Siegel is a nationally recognized authority on ethics, technology, data protection and business workflow management, and the principal of both the Law Offices of Daniel J. Jennifer Ellis is a legal ethics attorney in Pennsylvania. She owns the consulting/law firm marketing company Jennifer Ellis, JD, LLC, through which she assists attorneys with issues such as electronic discovery, practice management, and online presence. Previously, Jennifer worked with a Philadelphia area personal injury firm, where she practiced legal ethics, managed the firm’s online presence, and oversaw its IT and security consultants. Samuel G. Encarnacion is the First Assistant Public Defender of Lancaster County. He has a long-standing career with the Lancaster County Public Defender’s Office, representing clients in criminal cases. Bilingual in English and Spanish, he is originally from the Dominican Republic, grew up in Puerto Rico,and moved to Texas in 1980. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Texas at Austin and obtained his J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law at Austin. He was also a partner with Spahn & Encarnacion and represented injured plaintiffs with Haggerty & Silverman. In addition to his legal practice, he has actively participated in various legal committees, including the Pennsylvania Bar Association Minority Bar Committee. He served as an at-large minority governor on the PBA Board of Governors. Furthermore, Sam chaired the PBA Insurance Fund and Trust for and for its tenure as Chair received the PBA Special Achievement Award. He was also a member of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania Committee on Rules of Evidence and served as its chair. Recently, he was appointed as co-vice chair of the newly formed Technology Committee.
