About

The collective bargaining process presents interesting ethical issues that touch upon a number of Pennsylvania and Model Rules that apply to all practitioners, even those that do not regularly engage in the collective bargaining process. This presention will use a fictional case study describing a typical collective process and the number of ethical issues attorneys on both the management and labor side face.

Recorded on day two of the Employment Law Institute in April 2022.
