This cutting edge CLE will provide attorneys with a birds-eye view of the law regarding unmanned aircraft and help them steer through the various legal issues regarding the advent of autonomous vehicles. Speakers will discuss the current status of law, emerging issues, and the questions that still need to be answered. The presentation will address regulatory, liability, privacy, and cybersecurity issues on these topics. One hour will focus on unmanned aircraft, one hour will focus on autonomous vehicles, and the third hour will be a fast-paced Q&A session with speakers who will discuss, and debate, some of the hot button issues in these areas.
